Our story as King of Glory Lutheran Church in New Kent is a story of God’s faithfulness.  A group of people from our “mother” Church, King of Glory in Williamsburg, desired to serve people where they lived in New Kent County.  By faith, we trusted the Lord to lead us as we gathered together, grew in faith and love and served the community together as a ministry site.  By faith, we trusted the Lord as we became an independent congregation, chartered in 2018. 

As a legacy gift, King of Glory in Williamsburg presented us with an amazing gift of 24 acres of land…for which we are forever thankful!  The land will be the place where our Church community can call “Home.”  But, most importantly, it’s a land where we can establish a ministry center – a mission station - for carrying out God’s mission as we Connect, Grow and Live…that All will know the Love of Jesus!
